Thank you for shopping with Walter Todd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Overview

Most products sold through the Walter Todd online store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Slight imperfections are normal due to being custom made. Because these items are custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

This policy applies to all orders shipped within California and the United States.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive an incorrect item, size, or design due to an error on our part

  • The product is materially not as described on the product page

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. We may require photos and proof of purchase to process your request.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.

4. Refunds & Replacements

If your request is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost

Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless damaged or defective, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order products including hair color and haircuts

  • Personalized items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

6. Return Shipping

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Walter Todd will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. California Consumer Rights

California law requires that return and refund policies be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. This policy is provided to meet that requirement. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under California law.
